At the very start, Governor Sid Garcia made it clear that he wanted the clubs to experience the internationality of Rotary and increase their capacity to provide humanitarian service. To attain these, clubs are encouraged to join hands with Rotary Clubs in other districts in the country as well as those in foreign countries.

Chairman Tony Quila said he wanted us all together in what will be the new set-up next year, with him as chairman of the Board of Trustees of the PRM Foundation and we as head of the Editorial Board at PRM.
