About the cover:
RI District 3860 is Philippine's biggest Rotary district and covers a wide geographical area stretching to five regions of the country. Not known to many, the district possesses many natural wonders including seven priority areas under the National Integrated Protected Areas System (NIPAS). Essentially considered as our Natural Heritage, it is just right to present them in our cover at to remind all Filipinos the urgent need to preserve the environment where we all live. Rotarians can play a major role in this endeavor. District 3860 is headed by DG Evelyn �Len� A. Magno. |
