• You will receive a confirmation of your lifetime subscription application by e-mail; check the details and let us know of any changes
• Print the confirmation e-mail. Take note of the confirmation number.
• Deposit the following amount (choose one only) to account no. 3373-1201-37 (Philippine Rotary Magazine) at any Bank of PI branch:
• P6,000.00 (delivered to Rotary club of the Lifetime Subscriber)
• P6,360.00 (delivered to lifetime subscriber's address)
• TO ACTIVATE YOUR LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION :
• Indicate your full name and signature, and confirmation number on the BOTTOM PORTION of the validated deposit slip
• Fax the confirmation e-mail and the validated deposit slip to 929-1912 within 24 hours of the deposit date.
• Download the Lifetime Subscription form and do the following:
• Fill up the form
• Deposit the following amount (choose one only) to account no. 3373-1201-37 (Philippine Rotary Magazine) at any Bank of PI branch:
• P6,000.00 (delivered to Rotary club of the Lifetime Subscriber)
• P6,360.00 (delivered to lifetime subscriber's address)
• TO ACTIVATE YOUR LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION :
• Indicate your full name and signature on the BOTTOM PORTION of the validated deposit slip
• Fax the lifetime subscription form and the validated deposit slip to 929-1912 within 24 hours of the deposit date.

• DELIVERY MODES :
• P6,000.00 - delivered to the Rotary club of the Lifetime Subscriber
• P6,360.00 - delivered to the lifetime subscriber's address for the first year; needs annual payment of mailing cost of P360.00 (subject to change)
• IF THE ROTARY CLUB OF THE LIFETIME SUBSCRIBER IS NOT A PHILIPPINE ROTARY MAGAZINE SUBSCRIBER -
  The lifetime subscriber will have to pick up the copy from the PRM, or PRM will mail copies in bulk for free to the lifetime subscriber's address after 6 accumulated issues.
